DC Motors

This is a Bodine DC gearmotor with control box that was originally part of a lightly used conveyor system. We powered this on and all functions work correctly. The speed control potentiometer works from 0% to100%

• Power On/Off
• Start button
• Emergency stop
• Timed/Stop/Continuous operation switch
• Timer: Omron HC3A
• Speed controller inside cabinet:
• Minarik model MM23001A
• The potentiometer goes from 0% to 100%
• Photoeye circuit which is enabled during "Timed" mode
• Sequence of Operation:
• Turn power button on with the emergency stop button out
• Setting the timer switch to "continuous" will let the motor run continuously. The photoeye beam is disabled in this mode.
• Setting the timer switch to "timed" the motor will run until the time set elapses, them it will stop for a preset time, then resume running for its preset time. In this mode the photoeye is active, shutting the motor downwhen the beam is broken. It will not restert until the beam is broken again
