This is a used Mettler Toledo Solo Max tray wrapping machine in good used working condition. Unit was tested and worked well as can be seen in the video. This machine wraps plastic film around foam trays and is commonly used in supermarkets or anywhere that is wrapping a product with plastic. The trays are fed into the infeed conveyor where two photo eyes sense the height and width of the tray and prepare the machine to wrap that particular size piece so there is no change over time when feeding different sized items. The tray is stretch wrapped and then ejected onto the heated exit conveyor where the film is slightly heated to aid in the seal.
This machine was tested and performed good seals as can be seen in the video. There are a few minor cracks in the smaller opaque plexiglass pieces but otherwise the machine is in good used condition.
