Used special induction heating system with sliding part tray enclosed in liquid cooled aluminum box. The induction coils are 1” wide copper rectangular tubes that are wound in an oval and about 31” long. There is a sliding tray that passes through the coils that can be pushed manually or powered at an extremely slow speed by a gearhead motor drive. The drive is variable speed, but even the fastet speed is barely noticeable. The coils exit the chamber out the bottom in three sets of two where they mate up to a conductor rail that travels a few feet horizontal and then three feet vertically where they would mate to a controller that is not included.

The box that surrounds the induction coils is 1” plate aluminum that has ½” copper coolings lines embedded into the aluminum. The lid of the box is hinged on the rear and opens by operating a drum switch which operates a motor.

There is no controller included with this furnace. Overall this custom furnace is in good condition but it will require a knowelege of induction heaters to adapt a controller to this machine.
