This is a used Clamco / Titan 615 drop sealer for sealing plastic bags in a semi-automatic manner. The operator places the bag with item pre-inserted on the slanted sealing table and lets it drop down against the holding pins. A photo eye is tripped when the bag reaches the pins and this begins the sealing cycle. First, the optional air-expeller cylinder presses the air out of the bag for the desired time chosen by the operator. Then the upper sealing bar comes down and seals the bag with the hot wire for the set time and temperature. The sealing bar raises back up, the cutting bar strips away the scrap, one air nozzle blows the sealed bag down the slide while another blows the scrap away from the operator.
The machine was tested as can be seen in the test video and it performed well. The unit is in good cosmetic condition as well with only a few minor scratches. MACHINE HAS AIR EXPELLER OPTION, BUT A PLATE WOULD NEED TO BE ADDED TO BE FULLY FUNTIONAL.
