This is an unused replacement immersion heater for a Howell desiccant dryer. It could also be used where ever an immersion heater of these specs are required. A unique feature of this heater is that is has a hollow center with a threaded fitting on top. Another possible use could be a heated fuel pickup tube for diesel or bio-diesel systems. The unit is rated at 900 watts at 440V delta three wire connection, but it could be powered with 220V single phase and offer less heat.
