This is an electric to pneumatic transducer made by Fairchild Industrial products, models T-5221-4 with model 21 adjustable ratio relay.

• We believe this is unused, however we can not be certain. The output port on the back of the relay still has factory paint overspray in the beginning of the threads. There is some cosmetic shelf wear due to long term storage, this is limited to the paint.
• This unit converts a DC current or voltage into a proportional output pressure

• Infinitely variable ratio adjustment from 30:1 to 1:30
• Max signal: 150 psi
• Max output: 150 psi
• Max supply: 250 psi
• 40 SCFM @ 100 psi
