This is an unused vaneaxial fan made by IMC Magnetics, part number BT2914V1. See below for alternate part numbers.

This has had some damage to one flange during long term storage. A small piece broke off of one side, the other side has a crack. This is on the thinner flange. Please see photos below for details.
