This is a used Pelco pan and tilt camera mount.  Unit was tesed with 24VAC and it worked well.   The pan and tilt signals are supplied at the multi-pin connector on the base and the gray and black wires exiting the unit are for the camera and lens.  The pan/tilt mating connector is not included.  The circuit board inside the unit is clearly labeled so you will have to ring out the signal from the circuit board through the limit switches to the multi-pin connector.  We tested the unit with 24VAC applied directly to the circuit board, which does not use the limit switches so you should power the unit at the connector.  Unit is in good condition and clean inside with only minor fading on exterior.
