This is an unused water heater from specialized military equipment that is ready to be retrofitted to a custom installation. This water heater was separated from an engine and blower so to be fully operational you would need an fuel pump, blower and controls. This heater can be fueled by gas, jet fuel, diesel, or kerosene. This would be a good heater to add to a home built hot washer or other project requiring the capabilities of this unit.
In order to operate this water heater, a source of forced air is required, the ignitor needs power and the fuel would need to be pressurized with a pump.
The rig this unit was removed from has 1-2 hours of test time so it is basically unused. The exact pressure rating of the heating coils is unknown, but the original unit operated at 100-200 PSI. Considering this, we do not feel it would be appropriate to use this boiler for a pressure washer.
