This is a used air scrubber made by Spectra Gases, SpectraPure model 1230-5. This unit was designed to turn on in the event of a toxic gas leak such as fluorine or hydrogen chloride and purify the air. However, since we do not have the controller we are selling it as an air purifier. The blower has been tested and works.

  • The replaceable filter uses an activated charcoal bed as well as other media to purify air passing through it.
  • There is a used filter installed in this unit.
