This is an UNUSED FC210 desktop frequency convertor for supplying 45-500 Hz AC power for the purpose of testing foreign electronics or 400 hz avionics. The user simply selects the voltage and frequency on the front panel and the right two meters show actual current consumption and power used.
These units were made in 2010-2012 and have been stored UNUSED in their boxes. We opened each one and exercised them by load testing to verify their operation.
