This is a used ultraviolet air purging system made by Allseason Environmental, model Medicair UVAP 200. Air brought through the device by the internal squirrel cage fan first passes through a MERV 8 approved filter, then passes on to the UV light chamber. It exits out the top of the unit though a second filter. Fan speed is adjustable using the knob on the front.
