This is a Billco glass washing machine that is used to wash glass panels during or after manufacturing. Glass panels are conveyor fed through the machine where rotaing scrub brushes and jets of pressurixed water wash the glass. The system is self contained and PLC controlled. A user would use the HMI to set and monitor all of the parameters. There are four pumps, two conveyor motors, upper and lower brush drives, lift motor and drying blower.
Unit was never run in production but it is known to be missing the following items
Unit was partially tested as can be seen in the video. We operated conveyors and brushes by running them in manual mode on the HMI. The lid could be raised and lowered also by using manual mode on the HMI.
