This is a electric driven nitrogen generator for making nitrogen from the ambient air.  The machine is completely self-contained and portable and only requires a connection to 480V 200amp  service to run.  This unit was tested and while most of the functions have been determined to work there are defective check valves in the feed air compressors that are preventing the unit from being  fully functional even though it only has 150 hours on it.  The manufacturer now sells "updated" check valves which remedy the failed units so we are selling this machine at a great discount so the buyer can remove both compressors from the cabinet and replace all 32 check valves to get the machine back to 100% functionality.  The failed check valves also cause a hydraulic actuator rod to break so that would need to be replaced during the service as well.  Since there are two feed air compressors and only one is currently failed we were able to power the unit and prove most of the functionality of the system and create nitrogen as can be seen in the video. 

The parts required for the repair cost about $8000 but the new cost of this machine is over $250K.
