THIS UNIT IS NOT OPERATIONAL WITHOUT ITEMS SUCH AS THE MAIN PUMP, CONTROL BOX, ETC.

This is a 6" wide x 8 ' long hydraulic demonstration channel made by Engineering Laboratory Design Inc THAT IS BEING SOLD AT AT DISCOUNT BECAUSE IT IS MISSING PARTS. The purpose of this unit is to act as a teaching aid to demonstrate the characteristics of hydraulic dynamics of an open channel. A pump (MISSING) delivers water from one side of the channel to the other while many adjustments are made to the system with removable "models", (dams & weirs) flaps and flow valves. The unit is in very good condition BUT IT WILL NEED MULTIPLE PARTS TO BE OPERATIONAL. There is no headtank/adjustable undershot gate but that is not required for all experiments.
