Used large Thermcraft 2200 Deg horizontal split tube furnace system in good condition. The furnace is mounted on a steel frame by hanging from the upper turn-buckles and dual rear frame clamps which provide vertical adjustment of height. The two posts under the furnace hold the incoloy process tube / vacuum chamber. The tube chamber is a 8" diameter vessel which can be used as a vacuum or inert gas environment. Furnace is a split clam-shell design that opens upward with the aid of a counter weight system. No controllers are included. System was used as an R&D project to prove a process and is in very good condition. We have three of these units that are very similar aside from the port configuration. The furnace could be used in its current configuration with the process tube or it could be slightly modified if a more traditional straight through tube furnace is required. Currently this furnace does not have the same size port openings on both sides but the refractory material could always be cut to make a uniform opening all the way through the chamber. The other two chambers we have are identical except the left side is blocked off and the furnace wall would need to be cut out along with the refractory brick material to make a traditional tube furnace.
