This is a rebuilt speed reducer with extension made by SM Cyclo, reducer model number CNVMS4135DBYA231. The unit was rebuilt in 2009 by MAH Machine. Name tag has been scuffed up but the part number has been confirmed with the manufacturer. We are including the pictured extension piece, we will sell them separably but the price will be the same.
