This is a barely used CM Furnaces Inc 4"x24" 1200 DEG C tube furnace in excellent operating condition. The furnace is a horizontal configuration with 24" of heated length that is split up into 3 zones and a total furnace length of 30". The furnace is connected to a free-standing control console that houses the temperature controllers, over temp controls, SCRs and oxygen monitor controller.The oxygen sensor and process tube are not included, but the oxygen monitor is still in the control console as can be seen in the pictures. The main controllers are Eurotherm 2404 and the over-temp units are Eurotherm 2116.
This package was barely used and shows no signs of being heated to high temps for prolonged periods of time. The unit was powered and all of the controllers and zones worked and heated as designed. The unit originally had a quartz process tube which created an inert envirnoment and this system had the ability to monitor and control the inert gas to the environment. The oxygen sensor and process tube are not included, but the oxygen monitor is still in the control console as can be seen in the pictures.
