This is a linear sliding stage with slides made by THK.

The assembly includes four THK SR15 linear slides, two rails, the upper and lower platforms, right angle bracket, and an adjustable stop. Please see photos below.
Every part of this assembly is removable.
Mounting plates are aluminum
