Combination Door Closer-Holder and Releasing Device Signaled by External Detection Equipment


This listing is for an unused door closer in excellent condition.  This model door closer holds fire/smoke doors open until a building alarm system sends a signal to the closer to close the door.  This  non-detectored model is used in buildings that  have an existing alarm system.  We are also offering for sale the right hand model with built-in detector, see our other listing.   Retails for $475.  For a left hand door.  Please call 610-286-1655 with any questions.
