This is a Burlodge Minigen l food serving cart in very good condition. Can be operated on 120V with limited capacity or at 208V three phase at full capacity. This high-end food delivery cart has a heat lamp display area along with a heated/cooled oven chamber below. Common applications of this style cart are delivering food to patients in hospitals or nursing homes. The food trays are put in the oven chamber from a refrigerator and the buttons representing "cylces" are pressed on the controller to start the reheat process. The food is warmed up for a period of time, then the cart is unplugged and pushed around to the patients.
The oven can have different temperature setpoints between the upper and lower shelves. The oven area can also act as a refrigerator if needed. When using the oven as a refrigerator, the cabinet immediately begins cooling when the machine is powered up, then when a cycle button is pressed the oven switches to heating mode.
