This is a used Meteor spindle winding machine in good working condition.  This system consists of the M01B winding machine, a M01 370 controller and WZ 16001 counter controller.  The main parts of the system are the spindle that is powered by a variable speed motor, a movable tail stock and traversing carriage that can be varied in speed.  Watch the video for a complete description of the operation.  The basic operating description is that when the "run" button is pressed the spindle spins at high speed while the carriage traverses back and forth.  Pressing the foot pedal makes the  unit enter slow speed mode.  The spindle can run in forward or reverse directions.  Most of the functions have been tested and work as can be seen in the video.  The automatic mode though where the counter is supposed to stop the machine at a setpoint does not appear to be working or we did not program the unit correctly.  The machine is in good condition and it only includes what is shown.  There is also supposed to be either a foot pedal or dummy plug in its place so the lack of these items plugged in could affect the operation although there is nothing stopping this machine from winding in high and low speed the way it is currently.
